MyMG Team encourages PM professionals and organizations to refer to this Project Implementation Guide that can be partly or completely used in developing specific implementation plans for sample projects. While using the Guide, a workgroup — which is going to develop a project implementation plan — should remember that strict adherence to the guidelines and recommendations listed in this Guide is not essential and mandatory because this will depend on the methodologies and approaches used by the workgroup.
